Shipping & Returns


We provide FREE USPS shipping on all domestic orders with a minimum order value of $49 USD, excluding taxes if applicable.  If you order price is below $49 we charge a $7 flat fee, and you will receive your order via USPS  FIrst Class or Priority Mail.  We only ship domestically at this time.  We also will work to verify you are of legal age to purchase and receive our products, and may require an adult signature at delivery.

Orders are shipped with a delivery goal of 2-5 business days based on delivery estimates provided by USPS. This does not include processing time, which can range from 24-48 hours (business days), with the exception of back ordered items which will be filled and shipped promptly upon inventory availability.  We work to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible and will communicate any lengthy delays.  

We are not responsible for items lost in transit, or items sent to the wrong address.  Missing and damaged items must be claimed within 7 days of "Delivered" status update via the tracking information provided by USPS.


All sales are final, if you have an issue or concern with your order please contact us for review.   Approval for returns will be discretionary and must be approved before any refund is issued, a decision will be made on a case by case basis.  Usage based defects are are issues caused by mistreatment and/or misuse of products and cannot be returned. Usage based defects include, but are not limited to:

  •  Devices that have dropped or crushed
  •  Devices that have suffered damage from e-liquid leaking into the unit. 
  •  Devices that have been exposed to water. 
  •  Bent devices/atomizers. 
  •  Damage to products due to user negligence.

All sales on E-liquids and products are final without exception; With e-liquids, taste is subjective, therefore e-liquids that have been opened and/or used cannot be exchanged for another flavor or returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless they have been sent the wrong product or received a product dead on arrival, then a return label will be provided.

If you experience an issue with products purchased through our website please email us at within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please provide description of issue, and a picture if possible, as well as your order number, we will respond with either acceptance and denial of return, and provide return instructions if applicable within 48 hours of receiving your email.
